On this amazing safari, you will visit Lake Nakuru National Park established in 1961 and best known for its thousands and sometimes millions of flamingos nesting within the shores. The Park is located on the floor of the rift valley surrounded by bushy and wooded grassland. You will then move to Masai Mara National Reserve in the southwestern side of Kenya bordering Tanzania. The 1510 square kilometre reserve is famous for the African Big 5 animals.

Detailed itinerary of the 6days kenya tour
Day 1: Arrival at the airport and a transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide will warmly welcome you, brief you about the tour and transfer you to Lake Nakuru National Park where you’ll check in at the lodge and spend the day at leisure as you await dinner and an overnight rest

Day 2: Game drive within Lake Nakuru National Park.
After a morning breakfast, you will head in for a game drive around Lake Nakuru which is well known for its abundance in flamingos although annual fluctuations in the lake’s blue-green alkaline water levels, together with other related environmental changes result in significant variance in the flamingo population and other water bird species, it’s also one of the Rhino Sanctuaries in Kenya where numerous species of Rhinos are also regularly spotted. During the game drive, you shall encounter animals like zebras, leopards, giraffes, African wild dogs, waterbucks, lions, and impalas primates like colobus monkeys. After the animal viewing activity, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 3: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
On day 3 of your safari tour, you will wake up, have a morning delicious breakfast and commence a 263-kilometer transfer journey to Masai Mara National Reserve which is an approximate 5–6-hour drive through the great rift valley viewpoint. Upon arrival at the reserve, you will check in to your lodge, have dinner, and have overnight rest.

Day 4: Full-day game drive at Masai Mara National Reserve
This day starts with a leisurely early breakfast at the lodge. After that, as the sun is rising, embark on a full-day game drive within the reserve. Masai Mara National Reserve is well known for its abundance of wildlife which brings life to the game drive animal viewing activity. During the game drive, expect to encounter the big five animals like lions, cheetahs, rhinos, leopards, and elephants inclusive of other animal species like wildebeest, gazelle, African buffalo, banded mongoose, aardvark, quagga among others. After the engaging day, you will return to the lodge, have a delicious dinner, and overnight rest.

Day 5: Guided nature walk around Masai Mara National Reserve and a cultural visit to the Masai people
On the fifth day of this safari excursion, you will enjoy your delicious breakfast and commence a guided nature walk in the reserve. The nature walk will allow you to explore the reserve on foot accompanied by an experienced guide. You’ll get up close with the stunning landscapes, bird species, and the numerous wildlife within the park. You shall return to the lodge for lunch and later pay a visit to the Masai people this iconic region to gain insight about their culture and tradition. After the cultural experience, you shall return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and rest.

Day 6: Transfer to airport for departure
After having a leisurely breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and be driven to airport on a 5–6-hour drive. Depending on the time of the scheduled flight, you shall be driven via Nairobi city where you can decide to purchase a couple of products. This amazing Kenya tour ends here.
