Detailed 6 day Rwanda wildlife Tour

Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International Airport or Kigali City in Rwanda.

Upon your arrival at the Airport in Kigali, you will be met by our guide driver who will take you to your accommodation facility or hotel. You will then relax and have lunch. After you will take an enjoyable and memorable tour of the City where you can choose to stopover at genocide memorial sites and other places of your interest. Later you will have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes national park for Gorilla Trekking safari experience

You’ll start the day with a tasty breakfast before moving on to a morning briefing on the gorilla sanctuary. The entire day is dedicated to gorilla tracking because it is hard to predict how long it may take you to reach a group of gorillas.

For conservation purposes, you are allowed to spend only one hour with the gorillas and it is advisable to carry only non- flash cameras. After seeing the gorillas you can go back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay

Day 3: Drive to Kigali City and Akagera national park

After lunch, our guide driver will drive you to Akagera national park for a game drive to see different types of birds and animals. You can also decide to tour the charming and contemporary city of Rwanda which is “Kigali.” This city has beautiful tourist sites which attract many tourists from far. After this, you will commute back for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Transfer from Akagera national park to Nyungwe Forest national park

Following breakfast, you will have a morning game drive for a close encounter with animals such as Zebras, several antelope species and giraffes. Later you may drive out of the park and stop at Kigali town for lunch then continue to Nyungwe Forest national park.

This forest consists of many primate species like Black and white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys and wild chimpanzees extra. Therefore night walks in the evening in search of the shy forest dwellers is rewarding and worthwhile. After the drive you can have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking tour in Nyungwe Forest National Park

Here you will have a full day adventure in Nyungwe Forest national park involving chimpanzee tracking in the forest. Primate walk in search of the other primates accompanied by our park rangers and trained guides. You can also choose to go for a canopy walk at the top of the Nyungwe forest. Later you will have dinner and an overnight stay at the park.

Day 6: Kigali City tour and then prepare for your Departure through Kigali international Airport
