BEST PERIOD TO VISIT MOUNT KILIMANJARO NATIONAL GAME PARK

The best time to visit the park is during the dry season which is from June to October, during this period, the rains are low and the number of mosquitoes is also reduced which means that the chance of getting malaria is also reduced further. animals are also easier to spot during this period as they move towards the waterholes around the park. The dry season is also the best time to hike to Mount Kilimanjaro as the trails are easier to navigate during the dry season compared to the rainy season, it’s also the perfect time to view wildlife such as animals and birds that consist of migratory and permanent birds. The other season experienced within the park is the wet season which is usually from April to May and also November.
