Detailed Itinerary of 8days adventure in Uganda
Day 1; Pick up from the airport and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide will welcome you, brief you, and transfer you to Bwindi’s impenetrable National Park. You shall enjoy scenic views of the hills along the 450-kilometer where you will check in to the lodge, have dinner, and an overnight rest.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi’s impenetrable national park
Have a morning breakfast and proceed for the gorilla trek briefing at the park headquarters. The briefing shall cover the basics about what to expect during the trek activity including the gorilla family to trek. You shall then be allocated a game ranger who will guide you during the search for the amazing creatures. The gorilla trek shall take a good number of hours depending on how far the gorillas are within the forest Not more than 5hrs you will have a one-hour encounter with the gorillas taking photos for memory. Later return to the lodge for dinner and a night’s stay

Day 3; Golden Monkey Trekking at Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Have a morning breakfast and proceed for an active golden monkey trek within Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. You shall trek the endemic species of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park as you enter the forest with walks through the bamboo vegetation and a variety of indigenous plants like the gigantic lobelia. During the activity, the park guide shall also introduce you to the history behind the national park including the flora and fauna within the park. After the golden monkey trek, you shall return to the lodge for dinner and a night’s rest.

Day 4; Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha Sector to see the tree-climbing lions
Wake up, have breakfast, and embark on a transfer drive from Bwindi impenetrable National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the journey, you will have a stopover at the Ishasha sector which is famous for the tree-climbing lions. While there, expect to have an enjoyable wildlife viewing of the tree-climbing lions that inhabit the sector. Later continue with the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will arrive at the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Day 5: Early morning game drive and a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel
After an early morning breakfast, you will proceed to the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth national park for an early morning game drive. During the drive, expect to encounter various wildlife species such as elephants, Lions, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, Uganda kobs, antelopes, leopards, and many others. After the drive activity, return to the lodge for a delectable lunch and head in for a leisurely boat cruise on Kazinga Channel in the evening. Kazinga Channel is 32-kilometer-lengthy and links Lake Edward to Lake George. During the boat cruise, you shall gain views of numerous wildlife creatures such as hippos, crocodiles, and buffalos including bird species like cormorants, kingfishers, herons, hamerkops, starlings, and martial eagles among others. After the boat ride, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 6; Kyambura Gorge Walk and Transfer to Kibale National Park
Have breakfast and head in for a nature walk at Kyambura gorge which is famous for the chimpanzees that inhabit the area. Afterward, you shall be driven to Kibale National Park via the Fort Portal crater lakes where you shall arrive at the lodge, check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7: Chimpanzee tracking at Kibale Forest National Park
Have an early breakfast and proceed to Kibale Park headquarters for a briefing about the chimpanzee trekking activity. You shall be assigned a ranger guide to lead you through this adventurous trek on the lookout this great ape. You will also be able to learn how the chimps are trained to get familiar with human experience. Expect to encounter other primate species like colobus monkeys, baboons, and others. There are also other optional complementary activities to do like community walks and visiting the Bigodi swamp depending on your choice

Day 8; Transfer from Kibale National Park to Entebbe International Airport for departure
Day 8 will be the last day of your engaging safari. You will wake up, have a leisurely breakfast, check out of the lodge and set off for a drive to Entebbe airport ahead of your scheduled flight home. The drive from Kibale National Park to the airport is approximately 6 hours long. This is the end of your 8-day safari tour
